Saskia Kerbusch is an experienced lawyer specialising in inheritance law and family law. Saskia is a registered ‘Nederlandse vereniging Familie- en erfrecht Advocaten Scheidingsmediators’ divorce mediator. Knowledge of her field, quality, and a personal approach run through the very heart of her practice. Saskia is of the opinion that clients – who are often overwhelmed by emotion – in inheritance and family law matters should have expert legal support, with resolutions preferably being found away from the courtroom. If that proves impossible, Saskia is not afraid to enter into legal proceedings.
After her studies at the former Dansacademie Brabant, Saskia graduated from Tilburg University in 2004. She has worked in the legal profession since then, and having completed a number of post-doctoral study programmes has become a specialist in inheritance and family law. In the past, she worked at Wintertaling Advocaten & Notarissen and SCG Advocaten.
Saskia is a member of the ‘Nederlandse vereniging Familie- en erfrecht Advocaten Scheidingsmediators’ (vFAS), the ‘Vereniging Erfrecht Advocaten Nederland’ (VEAN), and the ‘Nederlandse Organisatie voor Executeurs’ (NOVEX). Additionally, Saskia gives courses and lectures, mostly in the field of inheritance law.
